Delivery Services
1. Free delivery: any purchase of over HK$600 (after deduction of all discounts) can enjoy free delivery service. If the net purchase amount (after deduction of all discounts) is less than HK$600, the customer is required to pay a delivery service fee of HK$100 for each order subject to the following conditions.
**Each order is limited to one single delivery location
**For certain areas and outlying island areas, customers are required to pay an extra delivery fee / no delivery service is provided
**For certain areas, delivery services may be limited to specific timeslots (due to the wide coverage of the delivery services, it is not possible to list them all out. In case of doubt, please contact us for verification)
**Some warehouses and locations are not suitable for cold storage shipping/ transportation
2. Customers shall complete the order placement and payment procedures before 1400 on the order date in order to enjoy the delivery service on the following day.
3. We uses a third-party logistics services provider for delivery, and the refrigerated vans can keep the foods in the state considered to be appropriate by us. If the goods cannot be delivered to the designated location due to security or any other reasons, or delivery may be needed to be arranged at the lobby of buildings, the entrance of the village, or other reasonably feasible locations, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to the customer. If the delivery vehicle cannot reach the designated delivery location directly, or there is no elevator to reach the designated delivery location directly, we cannot provide delivery services. In case of doubt, please contact us for verification.
4. When the gale signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or the logistics service provider considers it is not suitable to provide delivery services due to weather conditions, the delivery service will be suspended/postponed, and we will use its best endeavours to contact you to discuss and agree upon another delivery date.
5. When the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by you, you are required to sign in person to signify acknowledgement of receipt. If you have given us specific instructions that the goods can be placed outside the door of the designated location or lobby management office or another designated place, we accept no liability for the risk of loss/damage/spoilage of the goods and you shall bear such risks entirely on your own under any circumstances.
6. All delivery timeslots for customers to select are for reference only, addmeat will do our best to arrange the delivery of the goods at the timeslot you select, while the actual delivery time is subject to delays due to unpredicted factors on the day of delivery, e.g. road conditions, traffic, weather, etc., and the customer shall not refuse to receive goods or request a refund due to a delay in delivery. Please note that the delivery time may also be adjusted due to holidays or public holidays (e.g. Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival or Christmas, etc.) or traffic control measures implemented by the government authorities. Customers should pay attention to the latest news and announcements on addmeat's website/ FACEBOOK page.
7. If the customer opts to collect the purchased goods himself/herself/themselves, and the purchase amount is over HK$600 (after deduction of all discounts), HK$60 will be deducted from the consideration for the goods and a delicate cooler bag and an ice pack will be given as a gift.
The following areas are not included in the scope of our delivery services, and cold storage shipping/ transportation will not be provided
